Problem Statement
TCSDEF needed an elegant, easy-to-use platform to manage events and community programs, accept donations, and provideb a secure online application and Power BI dashboard for real-time insights into applications, registrations, and fundraising.
The Cotillion Society of Detroit Educational Foundation is an organization that educational and networking opportunities, etiquette training, and lifelong connections for young ladies. We were able to transform their original website, which was created in Squarespace, into a new comprehensive site that exists on WordPress.
The objective was to create a site that was easy to use, encompassed event information, a place where the debutantes and parents could get information, display media, and accept payments and donations for the foundation. In addition, the UI needed to be elegant to match the feel of the organization and its purpose.
We decided to use light versions of fonts to give more emphasis on the imagery and fit with the elegant theme. In some spots, we used thin script fonts, in small doses.
